We offer all customers complimentary delivery on all orders, all goods are usually dispatched on a next working day service, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org after 48 hours if you have not received your order.
Our delivery service DPD will contact you directly on the day of delivery to specify an estimated delivery time, you can then take this opportunity to leave your order in a safe place , deliver to a neighbour, deliver to a local store or change your delivery day
All orders sent outside of the UK are usually delivered within 7 working days, if your delivery has not been made within 7 working days please contact our team at email@example.com .
Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays are not working days.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels which have been requested by the customer to be left in a safe place or changed to a different address than the shipping address at checkout.
ReturnsAt Piero Verni your customer experience is paramount to our business so if for any reason you are unhappy with our products, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange).
We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can offer a return note within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will be unable to raise a return note.
When returning items, we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Boxers and underwear can only be returned if unopened in original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as delivered.
We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order so we can identify it quickly when returned.
In the case of an exchange the items will be sent back out to you free of charge. If you have a faulty item please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
For all returns & exchanges please email our team at email@example.com where we’ll send you a returns label and a link with all of the outlets that you can return your purchase to.
Returns can take 7-14 working days to process after we have received your item(s) please allow this time before contacting our customer support.
RefundsIf item fits the refund criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from.
ExchangesWe will gladly exchange any items within 14 days provided items are returned in saleable condition, unworn in original packaging, with tags intact. Please send them back enclosing your invoice and filling out the relevant return information on it. We will get your exchanged item sent back to you within 7-14 working days of receiving your original exchange item(s).
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
